摘　　要：针对高压造型线对型砂质量要求的特点 ,结合东风汽车公司历年来对型砂控制系统的改进 ,提出在型砂处理的管理、混砂和配制等工序中一些简单易行有效的操作实践和改进措施 。Combination of character of molding sand quality requirements of high pressure molding line with improvement on molding sand control system of Dongfeng Automotive Co.years,simple,easy,effective operational practices and measures for management,mixing and preparation of molding sand have been set forth with reduction of casting rejects and defects.
