肛管直肠环微创术治疗高位肛周脓肿97例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨肛管直肠环微创术治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床疗效，对97例高位肛周脓肿患者采用肛管直肠环微创术即低位切开、肛提肌上方脓腔挂线引流治疗。结果显示，本组患者全部治愈。住院时间为7～16d，平均10d。创面愈合时间为16～40d，平均27d。随访半年，均无复发，无肛门畸形及移位。结果表明，肛管直肠环微创术治疗高位肛周脓肿治愈率高，且操作简单，创伤小，创面愈合快，患者痛苦小，术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of anorectal ring mini-invasive procedure in the treatment of high perianal abscess. The 97 patients with this disease received the therapy,i, e low incision, setons drainage via pus-cavity over levator ani muscle. As results, 97 patients were all cured;hospitalization time was 7-16d（averaged 10d） ~wound surface healing time was 16-40d（averaged 27d）;the follow-up of 6 months did not find any recurrence cases,anal malformation and shift. Results show that this mini-invasive procedure for high perianal abscess has the advantages such as high curative rate, simple manipulation,less wound, faster wound surface healing, milder pain of patients, and less postoperative complication, thus it is worthy to be popularized for use.
