皮下神经离断术结合中药内服外用治疗慢性肛门湿疹临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨皮下神经离断术结合中药内服外用治疗慢性肛门湿疹的临床疗效，将247例慢性肛门湿疹患者随机分为两组，一组采用皮下神经离断术、高锰酸钾溶液坐浴、痔疮灵栓纳肛治疗（对照组，100例），另一组采用皮下神经离断术、中药口服、苦参汤坐浴、痔疮灵栓纳肛、湿疹散外敷治疗（观察组，147例），对比分析两组疗效。结果显示，观察组治愈134例，好转12例，无效1例，总有效率为99．3％；对照组治愈60例，好转23例，无效17例，总有效率为83．0％。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，皮下神经离断术结合中药内服外用治疗慢性肛门湿疹疗效满意。This study was to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of hypodermo-neuro interruption combined with administration of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of chronic anal eczema. The 247 patients with this disease were randomly divided into two groups：control group and observation group. In control group（ n = 100） hypodermo-neuro interruption, sitz hath with KMnO4 solution and Zhichuangling suppository used into anus were combined to treat eczema, but in observation group （ n = 147）,the combi- nation of hypodermo-neuro interruption, sitz bath with the decoction of flavescent sophora root, Zhichuan- gling suppository used into anus and external use of ShiZhen San was adopted for treating eczema, then the curative effects of both groups were compared and analysed each other. As results, in observation group 134 cases were cured, 12 improved, 1 non-response, the total effective rate was 99.3 %;in control group, 60,23, 17,83.0 %, respectively, thus the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈0.05）. Results show that hypoderno-neuro interruption combined with adminitration of Chinese materia medica has satisfactory curative effect for chronic anal eczema.
