摘 要:研究了一种Ti-IF钢在未再结晶铁素体区润滑热轧后、冷轧压下量对IF钢退火后的深冲性能和织构的影响,通过采用非再结晶铁素体区的润滑热轧和随后的冷轧工艺,Ti-IF钢连续退火工艺冷轧板的γ值在73%的冷轧压下星的效果与传统工艺90%冷轧压下量相当,织构分析表明,采用铁素体润滑热轧的热轧板轧制织构中具有较强的{111}//ND组分,当采用73%冷轧压下量和随后的退火工艺可获得最强的{111}//ND再结晶织构,进一步增大冷轧压下量。The influence of cold rolled reduction on the recrystallization texture and drawability of a Ti-IF steel, which was lubriciously hot rolled in unrecrystallized ferriteregion,wasinvestigated.When the hot band previously ferritic rolled, the annealedcoldsheetacquireditshighest γ value by performed 73% cold reduction. However, as the hot bandrolledinausteniteregion, it requiredabout 90% cold reduction in order to achieve the same γ value. Textureanalysis showed that the hot bands of ferriticrolledTi-IFsteelhavestronger{111}NDtexturecomponent. The {111}// ND recrystallization texture was mostly intensified as the hot band cold rolled with 73% reductionand subsequently annealing, and the intensities of {110} // ND were weakened as performed more cold reduction.
