摘  要:设计了一种微型拉伸试样,用结构均匀的材料X60钢测试了微型拉伸试样的拉伸强度的可靠性,发现试样尺寸对拉伸强度的影响很小,微型试样测量值与标准试样的差别不大,可以用微型试样测量Gleeble样品的强度,在高性能管线钢的研究中发现,微型拉伸试样的强度值和显微硬度值缺少一一对应关系,有必要做微型试样的拉伸试验。A kind of mini-tensile-specimen was designed in the research of high-performance pipeline steel. The strengths of four kinds of specimens with different dimensions were studied. It was found that the size of specimens has little influence on the strength. There is no much difference in strength between mini-specimen and standard specimen, so it is feasible to use mini-sample to measure the strength of Gleeble samples. In the research of high performance steels, it is found that there is lacking coincidence between the strength of mini-tensileuspecimen and its micro-hardness. It is better to conduct tension test of mini-specimen to provide more credible data for further research.
