“边缘化”的历史城区保护与复兴模式探索——以山东省无棣老城区保护与更新规划为例

摘　　要：本文谈及的"边缘化"历史城区主要是指历史悠久,但现状损毁严重、历史遗存较少,没有被纳入各级保护体系之中并严重衰落亟待更新的老城地区。这些地区往往由于历史遗存已经不多而被认为保护价值不高,并纳入到整体改造之列,致使中国大量类似的老城区由于疏于保护而迅速消失。本文从抢救这些濒临消失的历史城区的角度出发,在界定相关概念的基础上,希望通过笔者所做的山东省无棣老城区保护与更新规划实践的探索总结,对类似地区的复兴实践提供启示,使更多的历史城区能够得到有效的保护和发展。The ＂marginalized＂ historic town mentioned in this article refers to the old district that has a long history where the old buildings have been seriously destroyed and few has remained. These towns have not been included in the protection system and urgently need protection and renovation. For having few historical legacies, these districts are considered as low value for protecting and are being wholly transformed, all of which are leading to the quick disappearance of the numerous similar historic towns. To save these disappearing historic towns, this article defines some related concepts and takes the protection and renewal of the old town of Wudi in Shandong Province as an example to give some inspirations for the renewal of similar districts, making them better protected and developed.
