摘　　要：与见缝扎针式的第一次浪潮相比,中国古城保护与发展第二次浪潮从政府、民众,特别是从企业角度,以高屋建瓴为重要特点。以上海申华控股股份有限公司在洪江模式中的参与为代表,第二次浪潮与第一次浪潮最大的区别在于,企业在古城保护与发展进程中的角色、地位、视角、诉求及因此带来的主体规模、资质、管理等差异。Compared with the first,the second ancient city protection and development has new features from the government,the public,especially from a business perspective,as the pioneer of second ancient city protection and development,hongjiang provides a useful reference for protection and development of a new wave of Chinese city.
