摘　　要：详细介绍了英国《可持续住宅标准》产生的背景与过程、评价指标、各指标权重和分值、评价方法和步骤,以及《可持续住宅标准》的发布给英国住宅产业所带来的影响,并展示了示范性实例"灯塔"住宅按照《可持续住宅标准》所采取的一系列技术措施。分析了我国住宅产业目前面临的各种问题,提出可借鉴英国的经验,以加快我国可持续住宅推广的步伐。This paper introduces The Code for Sustainable Hames,（？）developing background in the UK,the process of obtaining a code rating,the evaluation conterits.welghtings.credits and percentage points,and the effects brought about by The Code for Sustainable Homes to the housing industry of the UK.Through the introduction of＂Lighthouse＂,this article introdu ces dosignmethods and technical measures of sustainable homes.Finally,the article points out that wo can accolorato the devolopmnnt of sustainable housing in our country with the UK experience as reference.
