摘　　要：以1975年建成的上海围巾五厂三层厂房为研究对象,结合该建筑"工"改"民"及绿色化改造目标。通过改造场区风环境、建筑自然通风、自然采光、围护结构,增设建筑遮阳及绿化等一系列被动式建筑设计技术,研究其在建筑绿色改造过程中的应用与推进方法。The three-storey plant of Shanghai No. 5 Handkerchief Factory is selected as the study object, The application and promotion method of the passive building design technology in the ＂green＂ reconstruction of existing industrial buildings is studied, with the consideration of the aim of changing industrial buildings into civil buildings.
