摘　　要：廊院式和合院式是汉地传统住宅院落构成的两种基本模式,从构成逻辑及考古资料中可以看出,廊院式比合院式出现得更早,且在古典建筑系统中等级上高于合院式。因而在相当长的一段时间里,在中国古典建筑系统主导的地域,只要条件允许,人们建设住宅时更倾向于选择廊院格局。The gallery courtyard and the central courtyard were two basic constitutional forms of Chinese traditional dwelling courtyard in ancient Han settlements. From archaeological information and interrelated documents, it can be observed that the gallery courtyard appeared earlier than the central courtyard. Also, the gallery courtyard was higher in rank than the central courtyard in Chinese regional classical building system. For a long time in the past, if there would be appropriate conditions, the ancients tended to choose the gallery pattern in dwelling constructions.
