摘　　要：目的评价肺结核病患者自我效能量表的信度和效度，为评估肺结核患者自我效能提供有效的测评工具。方法用自行研制的肺结核患者自我效能量表对确诊的肺结核患者进行测量，采用Cronbach’a系数评价量表内部一致性的信度，用pearson相关系数和配对啦验分析重测信度，用因子分析评价量表的效度。结果肺结核患者自我效能量表的Cronbach’a系数为0．802，两次测量之间pearson系数，在0．567-0．728之间，因子分析可解释总变量的71．846％．各条目的因素负荷在0．651～0．862之间，量表具有良好的信度和效度。结论本量表有具有较 好的信度和效度，可作为测评肺结核患者自我效能的工具之一，也可为对肺结核患者的针对性的综合性心理干预提供依据。Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the General Self-efficacy Scale （ GSES ） for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and to provide an effective measurement method for assessing self-efficacy in those patients. Methods The patients were measured with the self-designed GSES. The reliability of the internal consistency was assessed by Crenbach＇s coefficient alpha. Pearson correlation coefficient and paried-t test were used to analyze and re-determine the reliability, and factor analysis was used to assess the validity of the Scale. Results The Cronbach＇s coefficient alpha of the Scale was 0.802. Pearson coefficient was from 0.567 to 0.728 between these two measurements. Factor analysis explained 71.864% of the total variable and factor loading was between 0.651 to 0.862 in each item. The Scale had ideal reliability and validity. Conclusions This self-designed Scale has good reliability and validity. It can be used as one of the tools for assessing self-efficacy in patients with pulmo- nary tuberculosis and can provide support for comprehensive psychological intervention for the patients.
