摘　　要：创业精神支配着创业者的态度和行为,决定着创业行为的方向和强度。在对浙江省6所普通高校在校大学生创业精神现状调查的基础上,分析了普通高校大学生创业精神状况,总结出影响大学生创业精神的外在需求,提出加强大学生创业精神培养的对策与建议。The entrepreneurship governs entrepreneurial attitude and behavior, also determines the direction and intensity of entrepreneurial behavior. Based on the survey of undergraduates＇ entrcpreneurship present situation for 6 universities in Zhejiang province, the paper analyzed the undcrgraduates＇s entrepreneurship situation, concluded the factors that impact undergraduates＇ Entrepreneurship and the external demands. The paper also suggested the measures to strengthen entrepreneurship education.
