摘 要:后危机时期,我国船舶业造船成本不断上升而劣势尽显,抗危机能力趋弱、船舶报价优势不断丧失。钢铁作为船舶的主体,其价格及供货稳定性和技术含量对造船行业尤为关键,船企与钢企的默契度直接关系到造船成本、原材料价格风险和生产效率。要从根本上降低成本,只有抓住机遇与钢企深入协作,由传统的供销关系升级到信息共享,技术协作,才能增强我国船舶业风险抵抗力,争取报价优势,实现船舶业与钢铁行业的共赢。During the post global financial crisis, China's ship making industry has witnessed gradually increased costs and prominent disadvantages. The industry has lost its ability to counterbalance crisis and edge of quotation. As the key material of ships, price, stable supply and content of iron and steel are critical to ship-making industry. So relations between ship-makers and iron and steel producers matter to costs of ship-making, price risk of raw materials and production efficiency. In-depth collaboration between the two above, by changing their relations from suppliers and demanders to the shared information and coordinated technology, can result in lowering costs, elevating the ability to counter the risks, striving for an edge of quotation and achieve win-win situation of the two industries.
