摘　　要：关于达摩克利斯之剑的故事 达摩克利斯之剑的故事来源于古希腊传奇故事。统治着西西里最富庶的城市的国王狄奥尼西奥斯为了满足宠臣达摩克利斯对于权力的向往，便与他交换位置，让他做一天国王。追求虚荣的达摩克利斯穿上了王袍，戴上了金制的王冠，在大庆宴会时，达摩克利斯抬头看到自己座位上方天花板下，沉甸甸地倒悬着一把锋利的长剑，剑柄只有一根马鬃系着，眼看就要掉在头上，吓得他离席而逃。There are many bad phenomenon from 2011——higher accounts receivable and bad debt,missing equipment and customer,legal case and so on.Nowadays,almost all of the enterprises and agents give more attention to the risk control.They want to know that where is risk? How can we control it? What is the challenge for them? According to the interview results with many agents in Beijing, the special story will talk about the topic in order to unravel the problems.
