新建本科院校学术团队建设的策略思考

摘　　要：加强学校教学与创新科研团队的建设能有效促进高校教师队伍的建设,较快地提高教学和科研工作的质量和水平。从新建本科院校教学和创新科研团队建设的特点出发,通过分析学术团队建设的机制和途径可以探寻出新建本科院校教学和科研创新团队建设的主要策略:学校、二级学院、团队三方联动;自主地选择适宜的团队建设模式;特色是教学和创新科研团队的生命力所在。Strengthening the construction of teaching and innovative research teams can effectively improve the ranks of teachers and quickly raise the quality and the level of teaching and research. Based on the characteristics of the construction of teaching and innovative research teams in newly founded colleges, the present paper explores the mechanism and the way of establishing the teams and comes up with the main strategies these schools can adopt in constructing teaching and research teams, such as coordination among the school, the secondary college and the team, autonomous selection of the team-constructing mode, and regarding distinctive features as the life of the team.
