摘　　要：为考察专利情报和学术论文中的合作现象的发展历程、影响因素及未来方向,采用专利计量学与文献计量学方法,对专利情报和学术论文中合作情况进行时间趋势分析,并对两者进行对比研究。分析内容包括两者的独立机构、合作模式、合作性质以及产生的影响力的变化及趋势,从中发现两者在不同层面分别具有相似性与差异性,其结果可能对未来合作的实施具有借鉴作用。Cooperation is a common phenomenon for institutions＇ long periods development, which can be reflected in patents and papers. In order to explore the development process, impact factors and future direction, the cooperation trends of patents and academic papers are analyzed using bibliometrics and patent bibliometric methods, and the results are compared, including the changes of the proportion of separate institution, the mode of cooperation, the cooperative properties, and the influences caused by these changes. The differences and similarities at various levels cooperations can be found from these analysis. It will provide references for further cooperation research.
