摘　　要：本文通过对WIPO的XML专利旧数据标准ST.36和ST.96多方面的比较和研究,增进对WIPO新标准的理解,探索未来WIPO标准的发展动向,以期为我国知识产权行业的数据业务发展提供一定的借鉴。Through comparison and study of ST.36 and ST.96, this paper aims at improving the understanding of WIPO standards and exploring the development trend of WIPO standards, expecting to provide a reference to the development of IP data service in China.
