摘 要:针对大规模定制批量化与定制化的生产组织要求,提出采用单元装配系统在大规模定制生产中进行装配作业的思想,分析了单元装配系统在大规模定制生产中的适用性,综合考虑动态环境下系统设备重置、多能工重新指派、多周期生产计划、交货策略、招聘解雇成本等多种因素,建立了以重构成本最小为目标函数的动态单元装配系统重构的规划模型,并验证了模型的有效性。To solve the problem in MC that the products must be satisfied to the individual demands of customers,at the same time the customized products are similar to that of the product in mass production,a thinking was proposed that cellular assembly systems were used for assembly operations in MC.By considering the several key factors including dynamic assembly cell reconfiguration,worker assignment,multi-period production planning,backorder cost,and hiring firing cost etc.,this paper presented an integer mathematical programming model for the design of cellular assembly systems in a dynamic environment in MC.Numerical examples were presented to demonstrate the model and its potential benefits.
