摘　　要：近代同业公会在上海经济发展中具有重要地位,曾经发挥过比较重要的经济协调作用,其中价格协调是其调解政府、企业和市场关系的功能之一。本文在史料的基础上,研究价格协调机制运行机理,包括价格生成机制、价格执行机制和违规处罚机制,这三个方面构成有机整体,共同制约和影响同业公会价格协调功能。The trade associations played important roles in Shanghai economic development in modern times. They were important in economic development as well as in price coordination which was one of the functions connecting with government, enterprises and markets. On the basis of historical materials, the paper analyzes the mechanism of price coordination institution which includes forming, enforcement and punishment. And the three became organic whole influenced the trade association＇ s price coordination mechanism.
