摘　　要：由于执政环境变化的挑战、执政功能运转的微失以及民众期望与政绩感知的差距等因素影响,当前中国共产党的公信力建设存在"四个差异"。加强党的公信力建设,要积极保障和改善民生,有效预防和惩治消极腐败,加强党的基层组织建设,高度重视青年工作,提高应对突发事件的能力。Due to the challenge of the governing environment changing, the micro-failure of ruling the governing function, the gap between the public expectation and the performance perception, there are ＂four diversities＂ in constructing the current party＇s credibility. To strengthen the construction of the party＇s credibility, the party should guarantee and im- prove people＇s livelihood actively, prevent and punish negative corruption effectively, enhance the party＇s primary organization construction, pay high attention to the youth work, improve the ability in response to emergency incidents.
