摘　　要：理性主义光芒之下的法律与标准,旨在通过理性的规则构建克服经验主义带来的不确定性和无规则性,使全人类在处理社会与科技问题上有规则可循。文章通过分析法律与标准的关系,旨在为强制性标准找到一条新的出路,在标准与法律之间架起一座桥梁,使强制性标准真正得以贯彻实施,发挥技术规范应有的作用。Under the light of rationalism, law and standard which aims to overcome uncertainty and irregularity from empiricism through the rational rule-made, makes all human beings deal with social and technological problems according to rules. By analyzing the relationship between law and standard, the paper aims at finding a new way of compulsory standards, builds a bridge between the standard and the law, and truly implements technical specifications, plays the role of rules.
