摘 要:目前我国风电装机容量已跃居世界首位,但因缺乏长期运行经验,在追赶和跳跃式发展中未能预见并网运行中的诸多问题,已成为其发展瓶颈。为满足电网规范要求的电网故障下不脱网运行,必须深入研讨所需控制策略和保护方案。该文以双馈异步风力发电机为对象,综述、分析、讨论其并网运行中,特别是电网故障条件下有效控制中的一些热点问题,如低电压穿越、Crowbar技术、电网故障特别是不对称故障下的不脱网运行控制及与之相关的新型控制器设计等,以期增强弱电网条件下风电机组的并网运行能力。Although the installation capacity of wind turbines in our country has become the number one in the world, but there are a number of unpredictable problems, which might become the key issues in the grid-connected operation owing to lack of long-period operation experience. To meet the grid-code requirements, it is necessary to deeply discuss the indispensable control strategy and protection measure for the grid-fault ride-through operation. This paper, taking aim at the Doubly-Fed Induction-Generator (DFIG), makes a thorough summarization and investigation on some hot-spot issues in the grid-connected operation, especially under the grid-fault condition, which include low voltage ride through (LVRT), Crowbar technique, asymmetric grid-fault fide-through operation and related new controller design, for the purpose of enhancing the grid-connected operating ability of wind-turbine under weak grid condition in our country.
