凤尾蕨属植物药半边旗质量初探

摘　　要：目的:研究广东凤尾蕨属植物药半边旗的质量。方法:通过形态观察描述植物药半边旗的性状鉴别特征,测定其水分、总灰分以及有效成分5F含量并建立薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果:凤尾蕨属植物药半边旗性状鉴别特征性较强,易于鉴别。水分不得过11.0%,总灰分不得过7.0%,5F含量不得少于0.12%。薄层色谱鉴定专属性强,重现性较好。结论:所建立的方法能初步评价广东凤尾蕨属植物药半边旗的质量。Objective： To study the quality of Guangdong native herb ＂Ban-Bian Qi＂ （Herba Pteridis Semipinnatae）. Methods： The external morphology of ＂Ban-Bian Qi＂ was observed and described, the TLC identification system was estab- lished, the content of moisture and total ash was determined according to Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China, and the content of 5F was determined by HPLC. Results ： The morphological and TLC identification characters of Herba Pteridis Semipin- natae were specific. The content of moisture and total ash should not exceed 11.0% and 7.0% respectively. The content of 5F shouldnot less than 0. 12%. Conclusion： The method can be used for preliminary evaluation of the quality of Herba Pteridis Semipinnatae.
