中药外用治疗黄褐斑90例

摘　　要：目的:观察自制的中药面膜并配合中药洗剂治疗黄褐斑临床疗效及安全性。方法:将120例黄褐斑患者随机分为2组,治疗组90例用自制中药面膜并配合中药洗剂治疗;对照组30例用归白药膜治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.56%;对照组有效率为10%。两组无明显毒副反应。结论:中药面膜并配合中药洗剂治疗黄褐斑有较好的疗效和安全性,值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of melasma that was treated by herbal mask and with herbal lotion. Methods ： 120cases of patients of melasma were randomly divided into 2groups. 90cases of treatment group were treated by herbal mask and herbal lotion. 30cases of control group were treated by Angelica facial mask. Results ： The effective rate of treat- ment group was 95.56% and control group was 10%. There was no apparent side effects. Conclusions： Chloasrna was treated by herbal mask and herbal lotion have a good efficacy and it is safe. It is worth promoting.
