摘　　要：本文从贸易与外商直接投资(FDI)关联的角度,分析FDI技术溢出效应低估的原因,研究FDI技术溢出的间接渠道。在内生增长贸易模型中引入产品创新和FDI,分析发展中国家FDI对贸易的影响机制。在数据筛选的基础上,选择1980-2008年14个发展中国家和6个发达国家为对照样本,在国际技术溢出模型中考察FDI与贸易的交互影响及其渠道作用。结果显示,FDI对发展中国家的进口和经济增长都有长期影响,忽略FDI的贸易效应会低估FDI的技术溢出效应。FDI通过促进发展中国家的进口带来间接的技术溢出。发达国家不存在FDI的间接溢出效应。结论支持FDI激励政策和自由贸易政策。This paper analyzes the linkage mechanism of the spillover effects of FDI and trade in developing countries from the aspect of the relationship of trade and FDI. By establishing an endogenous growth trade model considering production innovation and FDI, we analyze the impact of FDI on trade and tech nology spillovers of developing countries. We build an international technology spillover model to explore the interaction of trade and FDI. By data filtering we choose 14 developing countries and 6 developed countries as two contrasting sam ples. The results show that FDI promotes economic growth and import of devel oping countries, which enhances the spillover effects of FDI through the channel of trade. This kind of relationship does not exist in developed countries. The re suits support FDI incentive policies and free trade policies.
