农业结构调整对农户家庭收入影响的实证分析

摘　　要：本文以农户家庭调查数据为基础,利用面板数据回归模型分析农业结构调整对我国农户家庭收入的影响。研究发现,结构调整对我国农户家庭收入有显著影响,其中,粮食种植收入比重的增加通过减少家庭在其他高附加值产业的获利机会而减少农民收入,工资性收入的增加通过优化劳动力资源配置而提高农民收入,劳动力比重的提高也会增加农民收入。同时,与增加生产性资产相比,扩大土地经营面积对农户家庭收入的作用更加显著。因此,应该大力优化农村产业结构,提高非农收入的总量和比重;充分利用各地农业生产的比较优势,积极推动优势特色农业产业带的发展;鼓励适度的土地规模经营和农户家庭生产性资产的集聚;促进农业的产业化和组织化,提高农业的市场化水平;加大对粮农的补贴力度,促进粮农增收。Based on the survey data on farm households from 2000-2009,the paper discusses the impacts of agricultural structural adjustment on the income of farmer households in China with the fixed effect panel data model.The results show that the structural adjustment has strong impact on farmer households' income.Specifically,crop income has significant negative effect on farmer households' income by decreasing making profit opportunity in other high added-value industries;wage can improve the income of farmer households by optimizing the allocation of labor and the increasing of labor scale.At the same time,contrast to increasing the productive asset,enlarging the land area has more positive negative effect on farmer households' income.So China's government should optimize the agricultural structural;improve the total amount and scale of non-agricultural income;actively accelerate the development of agricultural industries with unique features by making amply use of competitive advantages in different areas;encourage moderate concentration of land and productive asset in farmer households;promote the agricultural industrialization.At last,government should improve the agricultural subsidies to achieve good harvest in agriculture.
