摘　　要：我国存在来自国计与民生的"双重压力",其缓解或释放是应予关注的重大现实问题;揭示"双重压力"与经济法调整的内在关联,有助于推进经济法的价值论和发生论的研究;从经济法权义分配的角度,有助于分析"双重压力"的成因,以及缓释压力的经济法路径;经济法系统中各类具体制度的综合调整,对于缓释"双重压力"具有重要价值。There exists ＂double pressure＂ which comes from national economy and people＇ s livelihood in our country, the ease and release of which is an important practical issue that should be paid attention to. Revealing the internal relationship between ＂double pressure＂ and the adjustment by economic law contributes to the promotion of the study on the generational theory and value theory of economic law. It also helps to analyze the causes of ＂double pressure＂ and the path of economic law to ease and release this pressure from the angle of allocation of rights and obligations based on economic law. A comprehensive adjustment by all kinds of specific institutions in the system of economic law is of great value to the ease and release of ＂double pressure＂.
