中药利咽茶饮治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察自拟中药利咽茶饮治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。【方法】将88例慢性咽炎患者按随机抽样法分为2组,其中治疗组48例采用自拟中药利咽茶饮(主要由玄参、麦冬、石斛、桔梗、木蝴蝶、甘草等中药组成)治疗,对照组40例采用雾化吸入治疗。2组均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后评价2组临床疗效。【结果】治疗3个疗程后,治疗组痊愈22例,好转19例,未愈7例,总有效率为85.4%;对照组痊愈12例,好转12例,未愈16例,总有效率为60.0%。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】利咽茶饮有滋阴清热、生津润燥、利咽散结、消肿化瘀之功,是治疗慢性咽炎的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Liyan Tea Drink in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups by random sampling method. Forty-eight patients in the treatment group received Liyan Tea Drink and 40 patients in the control group were given atomization inhalation. Results After three courses of treatment, 22 patients in the treatment group were cured, 19 were effective, 7 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 85.4%. In the control group, 12 were cured, 12 were effective, 16 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 60. 0%. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Liyan Tea Drink, which has the actions of nourishing yin and clearing heat, promoting fluid production to nourish dryness, reducing pharyngeal swelling, relieving swelling and expelling blood stasis, is effective for the treatment of chronic pharyngits.
