摘 要:目的:了解护理管理者安全态度现状,探讨影响护理管理者安全态度的因素。方法:采用中文版安全态度问卷(C-SAQ)对北京市某三甲医院66名护理管理者进行安全态度问卷调查。结果:护理管理者安全态度得分较高,为(4.09±0.36)分,正向回答率为82.40%,总分及各维度得分均处于正向水平。护理管理者的年龄、学历、技术职称、工作时间以及担任管理者时间与其安全态度得分无相关性。结论:该院护理管理层普遍具有积极的安全文化态度,但一些方面需要加强,新任护士长的压力感知维度得分偏低。因此医院应加强管理者安全文化的培训,提高管理层的安全防范意识,为患者营造一个安全、舒适的就医环境。Objectives: To investigate the current status of safety attitude among nursing managers and to explore the influencing factors of safety attitude. Methods: Sixty six nursing managers from a Three Grade hospital in Beijing were investigated by the Chinese version of Safety Attitude Questionnaire(C-SAQ). Results: The mean score of safety attitude among nursing managers was (4.094-0.36) which was in positive level. Overall positive answer rate was 82.40% and the scores of all dimensions were in positive level. There was no significant correlation between safety attitude and age, education background, professional titles, working years, and management years. Conclusion: Generally, safety attitude of nursing managers is positive, but the stress recognition of the new managers is low. The hospital managers should strengthen safety culture training among nursing managers, improve safety prevention awareness of nursing managers, and build an safe and comfort.able medical environment.
