摘　　要：目的分析了解四川省血吸虫病流行县级疾控机构学术水平和疾控(血防)技术能力。方法通过中国知网和万方数据知识服务平台网,检索四川省9个血吸虫病国家监测点任务县级疾控机构2000-2011年发表论文,使用EXCEL进行整理、分析、统计。结果 2000-2011年四川省9个血吸虫病监测县疾病预防控制机构发表论文210篇,发表在38种期刊上;2000年的6篇增加到2011年25篇,最高为2010年37篇。其中,第1作者为县级人员者150篇,占71.43%;血吸虫病专业论文147篇,占70.00%。第1作者为县级人员者中70篇被引用过,总被引频次116次,平均每篇论文引用1.66次。血吸虫病专业论文中以监测类论文为主,占43.27%。结论 2000-2011年四川省血吸虫病流行县级疾控机构发表论文呈增加趋势,血防专业论文在疾控论文中占比例较大,监测在血防中占有重要地位。Objective To understand academic level and technology capability in faculty of disease control or- ganizations in epidemic schistosomiasis counties in Sichuan Province. Methods Through Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） and Wanfang Data, theses were searched, which were published by dis- ease control organizations in 9 national schistosomiasis surveillance counties in Sichuan Province from 2000 to 2011. The bibliographic data were analyzed by Excel. Results Totally 210 thesis were published in 38 journals from 2000 to 2011. There was an uptrend in the number of thesis published from 2000 to 2011. The first authors of 150 thesis came from disease control organizations, which accounted for 71.43% ; 147 theses were on schistosmiasis, accounted for 70. 00% and 70 thesis were cited, with a citation number of 116 and av- erage citation number of 1.66. As many as 43.27% of thesis on schistosomiasis were theses on surveillance. Conclusion The number of thesis published in schistosomiasis epidemic counties showed an uptrend; the thesis on schistosomiasis took up the most proportion in all the sis, and theses on surveillance played an important role in schistosomiasis thesis.
