摘　　要：鲍曼不动杆菌在医院内感染中占有重要的地位,特别是近年来,其在临床标本分离的革兰阴性菌中的比例增高;由于外界抗菌药的压力、鲍曼不动杆菌自身变异等因素的影响,其耐药性正在升高。Acinetobacter baumannii plays an important role in nosocomial infection. Specially in recent years, its proportion of Gram - negative bacteria which is isolated from clinical samples is increasing. Because of the impact of many aspects, such as pressure from antibacterial drugs and its own mutations, its drug tolerance is increasing. The medical world is trying to find ways to control muhidrug - resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
