摘　　要：唐山作为重要的东部沿海资源型城市,一直延续着"二三一"的产业发展结构。在协整理论分析的基础上,分析三次产业和经济增长总量之间的长期动态均衡关系,建立优化模型,探索唐山产业结构优化的调整路径。Tangshan is an important eastern coastal resource-based city. Its industrial structure remains the ＂second third first＂ style. Long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship between three industries and economic growth is analyzed in this paper; optimal model is established based on the cointegration theory. At last, adjustment path of Tangshan industrial structure is proposed.
