摘  要:针对DG1900/25.4-II2型超临界机组锅炉出现的尾部烟道振动问题,经试验、分析和计算确定:主要原因是由卡门涡流脱落频率接近设备的声学驻波频率而使其产生高频共振所致。通过加装防振隔板使振动得以消除。Aiming at the tail duct vibration problem occurring in the boiler for a DG1900/25.4-II2 super critical unit, a series of experiments, analyses and calculations have been carried out, after which the vibration is found to be mainly caused by high-frequency resonance resulted from very closeness of the Karman vortex shedding frequency to the acoustic wave frequency of the equipment. The vibration could be eliminated by installing an anti-vibration baffle plate.
