等离子无油点火磨煤机热风配置技术探讨

摘　　要：针对大型燃煤机组锅炉实施等离子无油点火时磨煤机的热风风源问题,提出可以从邻炉的热一次风系统直接获取,或采取从邻炉取高温蒸汽通过暖风器获得热风;比较了暖风器直接布置在热风道上或布置在热风道的旁路风道上两种方案的优缺点,后者对系统阻力的影响较小,应用价值更高。Regarding the hot air supply for coal mills during plasma oil-free ignition of the boiler in large thermal power units, it is pointed out that the hot air can be obtained directly from the hot primary air system of neighboring boiler or by making the high temperature steam from neighboring boiler go through a fan heater. Following two arrangements of air heater are analyzed： one is directly arranged in hot air duct, another is in the bypass of hot air duct. The latter arrangement is more practical due to its minor resistance to the system.
