摘 要:研究了低爆压冲击波处理以及冲击波形变 +退火处理后 ,1 6Mn R钢冲击韧性的变化。结果表明 ,经冲击波处理后 1 6Mn R钢的预制裂纹试样呈现韧化特征而缺口试样却呈现脆化特征。经退火后 ,材料的缺口和预制裂纹试样均呈现韧化倾向。相同变形量条件下 ,冲击波形变 +退火处理对材料性能的改善 ,明显高于冷压形变The impact toughness of 16MnR steel treated by shock waves and shocked+annealing was studied respectively. The results show that the notched specimen has a brittle tendency while the precracked specimen has a ductile tendency after the shock waves treatment. After annealing, however, both the notched and precracked specimens have a ductile tendency. Under an identical deformation degree, shocked+annealing treated material shows a better impact toughness than that of cold rolled+annealing treated material.
