摘 要:[目的]探讨护士心理资本对工作绩效、职业生涯成功的影响。[方法]采用横断面问卷调查法,应用心理资本量表、工作绩效及职业满意度量表对428名护士进行调查,并对结果进行分析。[结果]心理资本量表得分与工作绩效、职业生涯成功呈正相关(P<0.01)。心理资本量表维度中的自我效能和坚韧能显著预测工作绩效,希望能显著预测职业生涯成功。[结论]心理资本是护士内心深处的原动力,提高护士的心理资本水平对提升护士工作绩效和促进护士职业发展具有重要的积极意义。Objective: To probe into influence of psychological capital of nurses on their job performance and career success. Methods : A cross - sec- tional questionnaire survey,the psychological capital scale,job performance and job satisfaction scale were used for survey of 428 nurses and the results were analyzed. Results:Psychological capital scale score was positively re- lated to job performance and career success(P(0.01). Self- efficacy and tenacity in psychological capital scale can predict job performance signifi- cantly, and hop to predict the career success. Conclusion:Psychological cap- ital is the driving force inside heart of nurses, it has the important signifi- cance to enhance the nurses" psychological capital level for enhancing nur- ses' job performance and promoting the professional development of nur- ses.
