摘 要:分别采用镍氨络合-草酸盐沉淀法与草酸镍-氨络合沉淀法制备纤维状复杂草酸镍盐,X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的结果表明,第二种方法制备的纤维状复杂草酸镍盐结晶更好,形状完整,粒度分布均匀.热重(TG)和化学分析的结果表明,纤维状镍盐为氨与草酸镍的配合物.探讨了这两种方法制备复杂镍盐的反应机理,比较得出草酸镍-氨络合沉淀法在工业化生产中的优势较大.Fiber-like complex nickel oxalate was prepared by the reaction between oxalate and ammonia- nickel complex, and the reaction between nickel oxalate and ammonia, respectively. Results showed that fiber-like complex nickel oxalate from the second process crystallized well and dispersed uniformly by means of XRD and SEM. Fiber-like complex nickel oxalate was a complex of nickel oxalate and ammonia by chemical analysis and thermogravimetry. The reaction mechanisms for the two measures of preparation fiber-like complex nickel oxalate were discussed. The results showed that the second process had more advantage over the first one in the industrialized production.
