摘　　要：目的针对旱蚂蟥的危害研制一种有效、安全、使用简便的驱避药物。方法参照有关国家标准和旱蚂蟥的习性进行药效试验方法、加工工艺和产品质量控制等研究。结果以植物源杀虫剂为有效成分,通过助剂选择制成0.5%微乳剂,10倍稀释液对蚂蟥具有驱避、触杀效果,强迫接触出现中毒症状时间为15.8 s,一次喷洒药物持效大于6 h。制剂对大白鼠急性经皮LD50大于10 000 mg/kg,对兔皮肤无刺激性,属微毒,质量稳定、使用简便。结论该剂是一种有效、安全、使用简便的旱蚂蟥驱杀药物。Objective To investigate one effective, safe, handy land leech repellent. Methods Studying the efficacy test methods, machining techniques and quality according to correlation state criterion and the behavior of land leech. Results 0.5% micro-emulsionis developed by filtrating padding with botanical insecticides as active ingre- dient, which 10 dilution in possession of the effects of repellent,knocking down and deadly, times of being poisoned to land leech was 15.8 s, the function can be continual above 6 h. The LDs0 of the repellent acute percutaneous toxic- ity to mice was 10 000 mg/kg ,which no stimulus to the rabbit skin. It belonged to slight toxicity level. The quality was stable, the use way was simple and convenient of the micro-emulsion. Conclusion The micro-emulsion is effec- tive, safe, the use way is simple and convenient to land leech.
