摘  要:目的监测天津市室外家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,依据结果指导相关部门合理使用杀虫剂。方法选择12个区(县)作为监测点,饲养1代后,用点滴法测定家蝇对DDVP、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性。结果 7个区(县)室外家蝇对DDVP产生了抗性,抗性倍数最高为47.50倍;监测的全部区(县)对高效氯氰菊酯均产生了抗性,半数以上为高抗;对溴氰菊酯也产生了不同程度的抗性,最高为36.17倍;对氯菊酯抗性较低。结论天津市家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂存在不同程度的抗药性。Objective To study the resistance of Musca domestica to insecticides in Tianjin and provide the basis information for using insecticides reasonably. Methods Chosing twelve urban and suburban districts in Tianjin as the surveilance spots. Dripping method was used for the determination the resistance of Musca domestica to 4 kinds of insecticide including DDVP, cypermethrin,deltamethrin and permethrin. Results Musca domestica from 7 districts produced a resistance to DDVP, the highest resistance ratios was 47.50. Musca domestica from all districts had resist- ance to cypermethrin. And what is more, more than half were of high resistance. The varying resistance to deltamethrin were also found. To a maximum was of 36.17 times as usual. Resistance to permethrin were found at lower level. Conclusion Musca domestica in Tianjin have different degrees of resistance to the four common used insecticides.
