摘　　要：目的使用气相色谱法分析测定8%乐安居乳油有效成分含量了解其方法是否更有效。方法采用Agilent HP-1色谱柱,用ECD检测器对8%乐安居乳油进行了定量分析,建立了8%乐安居乳油中氯菊酯含量的气相检测方法。结果本方法的变异系数为0.005 74,标准偏差为0.047 2,平均回收率为96.58%,线性系数为0.999 5。结论该方法方便、快速、准确、重现性好,可作为测定8%乐安居乳油有效成分的有效方法。Objective To describe the determination of Le＇ anju EC. Methods A method for the determina- tion of permethrin from 8% Le＇ anju EC by GC with Agilent HP - 1 column and ECD detector was developed. Re- sults The coefficient of variation was 0. 005 74. The standard deviation was 0. 047 2. The average recovery was 96.58 %. And the linear coefficient was 0. 999 5. Conclusion The method which is convenient, rapid, accura- cy has good reproducibility and can be applied for quantification of permethrin in Lehnju EC.
