摘  要:三维建模软件SolidWorks和虚拟现实软件Virtools均可用于复杂机械设备的运动仿真,但是前者缺乏友好的人机交互功能,后者精细建模的功能较弱。结合两者的优势,以某型变速器为例,探索复杂机械结构的高精度三维建模、虚拟装配、高逼真度运动仿真、高效人机交互的实现方法,重点研究基于SolidWorks和Virtools的协同仿真的技术途径;研究成果在复杂机械设备的计算机辅助设计中具有一定的工程应用价值。Soft-wares of SolidWorks and Virtools can be used to construct models for movement simulation of complex equipments. However, the former lacks friendly function for the man-machine communication, while the latter has weaker function for a fine model construction. We combined advantages of the two, and took a certain type of transmission for instance to try a model construction of high-precision 3-D for complex mechanisms so as to virtually simulate the assembly, highly simulated mechanical movement, and highly efficient man-machine communication, with emphasis and basis on SolidWorks and Virtools for coordinated simulation. Therefore, the study results have some application value in CAD in complex pieces of mechanical equipment.
