摘　　要：介绍SSJ900型整机过隧架桥机的主要技术参数、设计理念及整机构造、作业方式、关键技术和创新点。该机主梁采用连接方式为仿平行四边形构架的两跨连续梁结构,起重桁车为可降高、缩宽的门式起重机,依靠主梁及起重桁车的几何尺寸变化,实现整机过隧作业功能。该机方案先进、合理,操作可靠、安全,作业灵活,具有较高的性价比。该机的成功研制和应用对国产大吨位运架设备的开发具有一定参考价值。The text introduces model SSJ900 through-tunnel bridge erector with general tech data, design concept, whole mechanical construction, operational way, key techs, and innovation points. The main beam adopts a 2-span continuous connection to make a similar parallelism so that the gantry hoist can regulate profile of the mechanism up and down, and extend or contract, to take advantages of the optimal profile dimensions as a whole, so as to get thru inside a tunnel. Features of the machine include an advanced and logic design concept, reliable, safety, and sensitive operation with a high ratio of performance to the price. The machine's successful development and application provide a certain value of reference to developing heavy duty bridge erection equipment in China.
