摘　　要：横梁是推土机松土器作业时的主要承力构件,针对市场反馈的横梁焊缝开裂失效故障越来越多的问题,从横梁材料的焊接性、焊接工艺等方面分析焊缝开裂原因,并提出实用有效的改善措施。Shank beam is a major load bearing component in the tractor ripper when operating that we in view of increasing troubles with welding cracks in the shank beam as fed-back from the market analyzed case and cause of the trouble from the beam's material weldability down to the welding workmanship, while providing useful and effective measures for the improvement.
