摘　　要：研究2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶前体2-氯-2-氯甲基-4-氰基丁醛的新合成方法。以丙烯醛为起始原料,经氯化,Michael加成得到2-氯-2-氯甲基-4-氰基丁醛,含量95%,两步反应总收率58%(以丙烯醛计)。该方法具有原料来源易得、反应步骤少、收率较高、生产成本较低等优点。A new synthesis method of 2-chloro-2-chloromethyl--4-cyanobutyraldehyde, a precursor of 2-chloro-5- chloromethyl-pyridine, is studied in this article. It is synthesized from acrylaldehyde with chlorination and Michael addition reaction. The content of 2-chloro-2-chloromethyl-4-cyanobutyraldehyde is 95%, and the overall yield of the two step reactions is 58% （based on acrylaldehyde）. Compared with the usual routine, this method has the advantages of easily available raw materials, short steps, high yield, low cost and so on.
