摘　　要：目的:使全科医生培训管理规范化,推进教学改革、提升管理和决策水平。方法:采用PowerBuilder开发工具,针对目前全科医生培训管理现状,成功建立一套基于医院信息平台下的适应全科医生培训规则的系统。结果:实现了全科医生培训的电子化管理,从而简化了教学管理部门的工作流程,提高了工作效率。结论:为全科医生培训管理的规范化、信息化和科学化起到了积极的促进作用。Objective： To standardize the management of general practitioner＇s training, to promote the teaching reform, to improve management and decision-making level. Methods： By using PowerBuilder development tools, The general practitioner＇s training management system was successfully developed based on the hospital information platform ,which was adapted the rules for the current management status of general practitioner＇s training. Results： The electronic management for general practitioner＇s training was achieved and simplifies the management of the teaching work processes, improve efficiency. Conclusion： This system has played a positive role in promoting the general practitioner training management standardization, scientific and information.
