摘　　要：简述了HCRM(医院客户关系管理系统),分析了中医医院构建HCRM系统的必要性和可行性,详细阐述了中医医院HCRM系统的系统架构和各个模块的主要功能,为中医医院构建HCRM系统提供可行而有效的参考方案。The concept of HCRM （Hospital Customer Relationship Management was shown in this paper, and the necessity and feasibility of constructing HCRM system in Chinese Medicine Hospitals were analyzed. The system architecture and the main function of HCRM system in Chinese Medicine Hospitals were expound, so as to provide an effective and feasible reference plan for Chinese Medicine Hospitals to construct HCRM system.
