摘　　要：本研究目的是验证应用HL7 V3 R-MIM模型表示中医针刺处方信息元素的适用性。根据中医临床信息采集的需求,建立了中医针刺处方信息内容描述模板;提取了中医特征信息属性,并进一步抽取共性特征,建立了中医针刺处方信息概念模型。通过与HL7 R-MIM进行信息元素映射,研究结果表明:基于HL7 V3 R MIM建立中医针刺处方信息模型是具有可行性的。The object of the research is to verify the adaptability of representation of acupuncture prescription with HL7 V3 R-MIM. The content model of acupuncture prescription was designed according to the collection needs of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）; The TCM characteristic feature was abstracted and conceptual information model of acupuncture prescription was established and mapping with HL7 R-MIM. The result showed that it is feasible to set up information model of acupuncture prescription based on HL7 V3 R-MIM.
