摘　　要：方药剂量与量效关系信息数据库的建立,将大大提高中医方药剂量与量效关系古今文献的使用效率,对临床实践及科学研究都具有重要意义。研究基于互联网在线访问平台,以MS Access数据库系统建立与经典名方相关的基础研究历史文献数据库,对30首常用方剂(TOP30)和50种常用中药(TOP50)各年代历史文献的搜集整理,按一定的数据模型进行组织、描述和存储,通过单机或internet的访问实现文献共享。The research is to establish An database of TCM herbs dosage and dose-effect relationship, in order to improve efficiency of utilizing the ancient and modern literatures concerning TCM Herbs dosage and dose-effect relationship. The database will be very useful to clinical practices and scientific research. This research, based on internet online access, builds a database of literature of TCM classical formulae by Ms Access. It includes hteratures of the top 30 formulae commonly used （TOP30） and those of the top 50 herbs commonly used （TOP50）; they are collected, organized, described, and memorized according to the suitable model. It can be shared through single or internet access.
