摘　　要：目的探讨白血病患者化疗期间的特点及护理措施。方法对64例白血病化疗患者给予心理护理、胃肠道反应护理、出血护理、不良反应的预防与护理、预防感染护理及出院指导等护理对策。结果经过治疗和对患者进行个性化护理64例患者均完成两个疗程化疗,其中59例完全缓解,5例死亡,总有效率92.2%。结论有效的预防及护理能够帮助患者顺利度过化疗期,能减少化疗期间并发症和毒副反应的发生率,降低白血病的病死率。Objective To investigate the leukemia patients during chemotherapy and nursing meas- ures. Methods 64 cases of leukemia patients with chemotherapy given psychological nursing, gastrointestinal tract reaction nursing, nursing, bleeding in the prevention of adverse reactions, infection prevention and nursing care and discharge guidance and nursing countermeasures. Results After treatment and the patients were indi- vidualized nursing64 patients were enrolled in two courses of chemotherapy, including 59 cases of complete re- mission,5 patients died, the total efficiency Of 92.2%. Conclusion The effective prevention and nursing can help patients get through chemotherapy during chemotherapy, can reduce the complications and the incidence of adverse reaction, reduce the mortality rate of leukemia.
