摘　　要：[目的]总结盛丽先教授运用经典方治疗儿童咽喉源性咳嗽的临床经验。[方法]通过对六味汤、半夏厚朴汤、养阴清肺汤等经典名方的组成、适应症、临床辨证运用及典型案例的分析,阐述盛丽先教授运用经典名方治疗儿童咽喉源性咳嗽的临床经验。[结果]本病治疗以疏风、祛风为基本,根据临床辨证灵活运用六味汤等经典名方治疗儿童咽喉源性咳嗽,临床收效颇佳。[结论]盛丽先教授运用经典方辨证治疗儿童咽喉源性咳嗽临床疗效显著,对儿科临床实践和教学均具有启示意义。[Objective] In this paper, we summarize Professor Sheng Lixian＇s experience in curing children＇s cough caused by throat iuness by using classic prescriptions. [Methods]Through analysing the Liuwei decoction, Banxia Houpu decoction and Yangyin Qingfei decoction＇s constitution, indica- tion, clinical applications and clinical cases, we expound Professor Sheng Lixian＇s experience in curing children＇s throaty cough by using classic prescrip- tions. [Results] The basic treatment is to disperse wind and dispel wind, on the basis of clinical .syndrome differentiation, using classic prescriptions neatly to cure children＇s throaty cough can get remarkable curative effect. [Conclusions] Professor Sheng Lixian＇s experience in curing children＇s throaty cough by using classic prescriptions is effective, and it is meaningful to clinic and teaching.
